WOYWW #271 - Made Cards!

As I've actually done some crafting and it is Wednesday, thought I'd join in with WOYWW this week - shock horror - whatever next!?

Anyway, I had craft club at my house this Monday and we tackled some Iris Folding. I finished off my circle demo card today and thought I'd do a heart one before putting the last of the stuff away from Monday.

I really like the way the heart one came out too.

Then, as I have been sorting through my stash and came across some photos of flowers, I thought I'd do a couple of pages in my little CD flower album.

Of course I then had to do my SWAP card for my online group on the theme of Nature. You can only see a glimpse of it as I haven't sent it yet but I sort of got carried away after filing through my bits and bobs box...

So yes I have actually done some crafting so I hope my desk doesn't disappoint.

Just beautiful crafting BJ,
The cards are so intricate and obviously to a novice like me extremely involved ;D
Lovely tidy desk too.
I couldn't help noticing the mini football (we are supposed to snoop aren't we?) We have one for our dog ^..^
Anyway I must dash to carry on snooping...(cough) visiting.

Yay for getting some crafting done!! I need to do that now once I get my space cleaned up! Love your cards...the fold looks terribly hard but the result is gorgeous!

Glad you liked the little silver basket with the ribbon. I actually picked that up at the thrift store for my daughter's wedding a few weeks ago. We put the ribbon on it and set it on the gift table as a card holder. Now that the wedding's over, it's sitting on my desk ad I'm not sure what to do with it!

Thanks for the visit!
Happy WOYWW!

Hi BJ, you have been busy and I love your iris folding. Both cards are lovely, thought the one with the heart is striking. The CD album is a great idea, especially when it is filled with flowers :) Hope you have a great week. Elizabeth x #45

Gorgeous cards BJ. That's the best thing to do with CDs, make them into a journal.

Beautiful cards, BJ. No, you haven't missed the wedding dress. Pics next week, when the first dress can be revealed. Wedding this Saturday.
Sorry to take so long to get around this week - been finishing everything for Csilla.
Take care. God bless.
